A lot of stuff has been going on behind the scenes. First, there was a major problem in the password reset/recovery. Turnout there was a conflict (i.e., bug) in one of the apps which required us to hire a developer to fix. Not a big charge but it was a big headache.
The menu structure was was reworked so that a Guest can only see the specific guest posts. If you want to test this, open something like Crome and on the right side click “New incognito window” so and login as a guest. The generic credential for testing are:
Guest Username: guestuser1
Password: Pass#123
The way this is set up now is that a guest will be able to log on and see the posts that we have designated as Guest, the Policies, and the Calendar. They will get no notifications and will only know about a post if we send them an email. This should keep “confidentiality” but allow outside experts to comments. This will also require a mechanism where “WE” decide to solicit input from an expert.
